Ontarians have had to make a number of adjustments to the introduction of the HST, most notably having to pay more for many goods and services that were previously taxed at only 5%. Now virtually everything has 13% tax on it...........except BOOKS!!

Thankfully, the Provincial government has been left one shred of decency to maintain a tax of only 5% on books, so enjoy the break while you can, because they'll be taxing the air before you know it!

Sadly, our other products such as DVD's, magazines, comic books, and giftware are all 13% taxed. Well, you can't have everything; where would you put it?!
